This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between: [The Legal Learning Center, Inc.] ("Company"), and Client, as named below ("Client").

1. Purpose of Agreement The Client is enrolling in a course provided by the Company titled "Special Needs, Specia Plans" ("Course"). The Course aims to educate families of special needs children (or SDP clients) on estate planning, end of life planning and financial considerations to ensure long-term care for the child beyond the lifetime of the parents or guardians.

2. Scope of Agreement This Agreement is solely for the Client’s enrollment in the Course. No further products, services, or consultations are included. The Course is a one-time service, and upon completion, there are no additional obligations for either party.

 3. Payment Terms The Client agrees to allocate a portion of their self-determination budget to pay for the Course. The Company agrees to facilitate the necessary billing procedures to process this payment through the Client's Financial Management Service (FMS).

 4. Course Fees The total cost for the Course is $6500. Payment will be processed through the Client’s self-determination budget as arranged.

 5. No Additional Obligations Both the Client and the Company acknowledge and agree that there are no ongoing services, subscriptions, or products associated with this Agreement beyond the provision of the Course.

 6. Bonus Program The Client has been advised of both the referral fee program and the estate plan credit program associated with this Course. The Client acknowledges that these are separate programs even though they are affiliated with the Course and as separate programs, are not covered within the scope of this Agreement.

 7. Acknowledgement and Acceptance By signing below, the Client acknowledges and accepts the terms and conditions of this Agreement and confirms that they have chosen to apply a portion of their self-determination budget towards this Course.

 8. Limitations and Restrictions This Agreement is the entire understanding between the parties regarding this Course. If any portion of this Agreement were found unenforceable for any reason, the remainder is still valid and binding. All disputes must first be handled via arbitration within California. California laws apply and govern this Agreement.
